Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle adjustable metal-fitting of high strength, allowing a user to change the angle in many steps.
SOLUTION: The metal fitting includes a 1st arm 1 provided with a case part 3 and a 2nd arm 2 connected to the 1st arm 1 with the case part 3 so as to be pivoted about a 1st axis C1, and provided with a gear part 4. The metal fitting includes further a wedge-shaped window 5 formed in the case part 3 of the 1st arm 1, and a floating wedge member 6 provided movably in the wedge-shaped window 5, having one face side as a toothed face capable of meshing with the gear part 4, and on the other face side, a contact face coming in contact with a wedged face on the outside of the wedge-shaped window 5.
