Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive angle-of-inclination detector reduced in the output change of the detector itself. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting element 2 and photodetectors 3a, 3b are subjected to primary molding using a light pervious resin so as to be optically coupled and further subjected to secondary molding excepting a lens part 20a using a light impervious resin to form a shading part. It is unnecessary to fix a base stand loaded with a light emitting element and photodetectors and a holder with a lens as is conventional and the backlash due to this fixing method or the irregularity in the positional accuracy of optical parts due to the irregularity in the amount of an adhesive resin is eliminated. Further, an assembling process and a silicon resin potting process can be eliminated.
