Abstract:
PURPOSE:To accurately detect an angular speed even when a travel state continues for a long time by stopping a sensor driving part at specific intervals of timing, inputting angular speed information when the sensor driving part is in the stop state as angular speed correction data, and correcting the angular speed. CONSTITUTION:The angular speed detecting device 10 drives a gyro-sensor 2 according to a driving signal outputted by the sensor driving part 1 to detect the angular speed. Then a sensor driving part stopping means (a) stops the driving part 1 at specific intervals of timing. A correction data fetch means (b) inputs the angular speed information when the driving part 1 is in the stop state as the angular speed correction data. Further, a correcting means (c) corrects the angular speed according to the angular speed correction data. Therefore, even when the travel state continues for a long time, the angular speed can accurately be detected.
