To provide an apparatus for evacuating animal coping with various situations encountered at the occurrence of disasters, such as the occurrence of earthquakes or fires.

The apparatus for evacuating animal comprises a main part to deal with the back side and both sides of an animal, with the main part comprising a first end that deals with the neck direction of the animal, a second end that deals with the direction of the buttocks of the animal, and two third ends that deals with both the sides of the animal; the first end has two top neck peripheral protrusions which surround the neck of the animal and overlap each other and have fastening means at the overlapped parts; the third ends have their respective trunk peripheral protrusions which protrude from the third ends and surround the trunk of the animal and overlap each other, and has fastening means at the overlapped parts; and the main part has on its outside surface a strap of a prescribed length and a strap hold bag having an opening for holding or withdrawing the strap. Adoption of such a constitution makes it possible to cope with abnormal phenomena, at the occurrence of disasters, such as earthquakes or fires.
