In the production of animal feed silage including mineral components originating from mulberry leaves, 5 to 50 pts.wt. of ground mulberry leaves, 95 to 50 pts.wt. of one or more cut roughage are mixed, the moisture is adjusted, then they are fermented to produce the silage. The roughage is prepared by cutting stalks and leaves of corn or cutting stalks, leaves and seeds.
