To provide an anisotropic conductive connector device dispensing with an alignment work of a sheet-shaped connector, capable of acquiring an excellent electric connection state even in the case of a connection target electrode having a small pitch, and maintaining stably the excellent electric connection state even when used repeatedly for a long period or when used in a high-temperature environment, and an inspection device of a circuit device equipped with the anisotropic conductive connector device.
This anisotropic conductive connector device is equipped with an anisotropic conductive film arranged in the state where a plurality of conductive parts for power supply and conductive parts for voltage measurement extending in the thickness direction are mutually insulated by an insulating part, and the sheet-shaped connector formed by arranging a plurality of electrode structures extending in the thickness direction on an insulating sheet comprising mesh or nonwoven fabric. The sheet-shaped connector is characterized by being provided integrally on the anisotropic conductive film in the state where each electrode structure is positioned on each conducting path formation part of the anisotropic conductive film.
