Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive film capable of dealing with fine pitch connection.SOLUTION: An anisotropic conductive film includes an insulating resin layer containing a thermoplastic resin and a conductive particle group composed of a plurality of conductive particles formed on the surface thereof. The conductive particle group has spaced regular patterns, and the thermoplastic resin exists at a certain position of at least the conductive particle group in the insulating resin layer. The plurality of conductive particles constituting the conductive particle group are not in contact with each other and provided with distances.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
