Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive film which includes a pore structure composed of an anodized metal film having plural pores and a conductor formed in the inside of at least a part of the plural pores, in which the conductor in the plural pores has good crystallinity, high chemical stability, a high melting point, and a uniform length, and which can be produced with a smaller number of production steps than in the conventional production.SOLUTION: An anisotropic conductive film 1 includes: a pore structure 21 composed of an anodized metal film having plural pores extending in a direction intersecting the surface direction; a conductor 22 formed in the inside of at least a part of the plural pores; and a conductive film 30 formed on one surface 21S of the pore structure 21. In the anisotropic conductive film 1, the conductor 22 includes an induced codeposition alloy.
