Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the titled adhesive ensuring electrical connection to be performed even between highly packed terminal leads, thus suitable for electri cally connecting electrical parts to each other, by dispersing in, e.g., thermo plastic resin, sintered carbon-ground product with the particles having sharp edges and specific range of diameters as conductive powder.
CONSTITUTION: The objective adhesive can be obtained by dispersing (A) as conductive powder, pref. 0.5W10pts.wt. (pref. 100pts.wt. of the resin) of sintered carbon-ground product having one or more sharp edges per particle with the particle size 1W50μm in (B) thermoplastic resin or a blend of thermoplastic and thermosetting resins.
