Abstract:
To provide an annular seal member and a fluid apparatus connection structure that can prevent a fluid passing through a fluid apparatus from being electrostatically charged.SOLUTION: An annular seal member 4 is interposed between a first connection part 21 formed at a first fluid apparatus (for example, piping 2) and a second connection part 31 (for example, an input port 31A, an output port 31B) formed at a second fluid apparatus (for example, a flow control valve 3) so as to connect the first connection part 21 and the second connection part 31 together in a sealed state, wherein an inner peripheral surface 48 of the annular seal member 4 forms a part of a series of contact surfaces 40 formed by connecting the first connection part 21 and second connection part 31, and coming into contact with a control fluid, and can come into contact with the control fluid (for example, a chemical solution), and the annular seal member 4 comprises an earth connection part 45 which is made of resin having an electric conductive material dispersed and can connect an earth element 8 for discharging static electricity to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
