Abstract:

To provide an anode for a solid electrolytic capacitor which has small deformation even by sintering powder of valve operating metal and a thin plate of the valve operating metal at a temperature capable of sufficiently depositing the powder and the thin plate, and which can suppress the deformation to a small level in association with a crack even if the crack is generated, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same and the solid electrolytic capacitor using the same.

Grooves 7 of lattice states are formed on a metal powder layer before sintering. The metal powder layer is separated to small partitions via the grooves 7. Thus, since contraction by the sintering does not affect the entire metal powder layer, the deformation or the crack is extremely reduced. Manufacturing yields of the anode for the solid electrolytic capacitor and the solid electrolytic capacitor using the same and their characteristics are improved.
