A core 71 of the antenna structure 70 is formed with a plurality of plate-like members for a core arranged by being superposed on one another in a transverse direction orthogonal to the thickness direction of the plate-like timepiece module member 4, and bent parts 712, 712 extending from both its ends are arranged to extend along the outer peripheral surface of the plate-like timepiece module member 4. Thus, the antenna structure 70 having a large entire size can be arranged in the case body 7 while remarkably reducing the horizontal length dimensions of the case body 7 and the plate-like timepiece module member 4.
