To provide a composite antenna device that can receive more signals in different bands while suppressing an increase in size.

The antenna device includes: an antenna board for receiving two signals in different bands; a first amplification board for amplifying one of the two signals; a second amplification board for amplifying the other signal; and a substrate mounted with the antenna board, the first amplification board and the second amplification board. The first amplification board and the second amplification board are raised on the substrate oppositely at a predetermined interval. The antenna board is raised between the first amplification board and the second amplification board such that an antenna pattern for receiving the two signals does not overlap the first amplification board and the second amplification board.
