Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the wide area of an antenna device while a compact shape and high radiation efficiency is ensured by widening a ground board in an area except for one part of a part adjacent to the right or left side of an antenna block when this is faced to the direction of a main polarized wave.
SOLUTION: Two notched parts 12 are formed at a ground board 11 of an antenna device 10. The ground board 11 is widened at the part adjacent to a side face 21d of an antenna block 20, but the ground board 11 is not widened at parts adjacent to the right and left sides of the antenna block 20 when this is faced to the direction of a main polarized wave A (the parts adjacent to side faces 21b and 21c of the antenna block 20), by the notched parts 12. At the time of forming the notched parts 12 at the ground board 11, the ground board 11 can not be widened in the area of the parts adjacent to the right and left sides of the antenna block 20 when this is faced to the direction of the main polarized wave A. Then, crossing polarized wave is increased, and pass band width is widened. Thus, the wide area of the antenna device can be obtained.
