PURPOSE: To set matching when an antenna main body is pulled out or shortened independently of each other by electrically connecting a metallic conductor preliminarily provided in an enclosure and the antenna main body at the time of storing the antenna main body.

CONSTITUTION: When an antenna main body 1 is pulled out, a feeding conductor 12 and a conductor 13 to be fed for pulling-out are electrically and physically connected, and an antenna conductor 11, a conductor 14 to be fed for storage, and a helical conductor 15 function as an antenna. When the main body 1 is stored, the feeding conductor 12 and the conductor 14 to be fed for storage are electrically and physically connected. Then, the antenna length for storage of the antenna main body 1 can be longer than that for pulling-out. At this time, the helical conductor 15 functions as an antenna, and it functions as a part of a matching circuit if it exists under the antenna conductor 11. Consequently, a satisfactory antenna performance is obtained at the time of pulling-out as well as storage.
