Abstract:
To provide an antenna whose directivity can be controlled by an antenna element such as a loop antenna, and a non-invasive blood glucose level checker in which the antenna is used.SOLUTION: An antenna 1 includes a loop antenna 4 and a first surface non-feeding element 6 (first non-feeding element). The gain of the loop antenna 4 has a main lobe, which is a protruding portion. The first surface non-feeding element 6 is thin and is arranged so as not to contact the loop antenna 4, and the protruding direction of the main lobe ML is tilted with respect to the direction in which the first surface non-feeding element 6 is not arranged in the direction (+ x direction) from the first surface non-feeding element 6 to the loop antenna 4. Further, by using a pair of antennas 1, a non-invasive blood glucose level checker is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
