To provide a small size antenna with proper receiving sensitivity in a FM band, and to provide a receiving device equipped with the antenna and made in miniaturization.

An antenna 100 is configured by a core 101 made of ferrite and an antenna copper plate 102 arranged in a form winding the outer periphery of the core 101 about one round. The length L1 of the core 101 equals to the length L2 of the antenna copper plate 102, and the width W1 of the core 101 equals to the width W2 of the antenna copper plate 102. As for the height H1 of the core 101 and the height H2 of the antenna copper plate 102, one is establishes higher (or lower) than the other, according to required receiving characteristics.
