Abstract:
To provide a thin and small antenna switch module.
The antenna switch module is provided with: a multilayer substrate 1 formed of an organic material; and a SAW filter 5, a diode 6, and a chip-type first passive circuit element 7, which are loaded on an upper face of the multilayer substrate 1. A small substrate 9 has a second passive circuit element 10 formed of a thin film, is formed of an inorganic material, and is fitted on the upper face of the multilayer substrate 1. Thus, it is difficult to crack when the multilayer substrate 1 is formed of the organic material. Thickness of a resin sheet formed of one organic material can be thinned to about 0.1mm and therefore the whole multilayer substrate 1 is thinned.
