To provide a radar antenna which is equipped with a plurality of beam-tilted sub-arrays nearly in the same structure and suppresses tilt variation and a gain decrease due to it.
The radar antenna is equipped with a transmitting antenna including a beam-tilted sub-array as a waveguide slot array 10 and a receiving antenna which is constituted by arranging L beam-tilted sub-arrays (waveguide slot arrays 11-1 to 11-L of a receiving array 11) whose beam tilt directions are reversely symmetrical with the sub-array of the transmitting antenna so that traveling directions of radio waves of the sub-arrays are reversely symmetrical with that of the sub-array of the transmitting antenna. Sub-array groups nearly in the same structure which constitute the transmitting antenna and receiving antenna are constituted/arranged so that the traveling directions of radio waves and the directions of beam tilts to the traveling directions are reversely symmetrical with each other.
