To provide an anterior ocular segment tomographic image analyzing system and an anterior ocular segment tomographic image photographing apparatus by which a plurality of kinds of geometric information can easily be acquired.
This anterior ocular segment tomographic image analyzing system includes the first step, the second step, the third step, the fourth step and the fifth step. In this case, in the first step, the setting of an analysis reference point to a characteristic area in an anterior ocular segment tomographic image, and the distance setting between an analysis reference point and an analysis reference point are performed in a random order. In the second step, a plurality of analysis referring points are set on a boundary from the analysis reference point to a tissue being located at the distance which has been set. In the third step, the distances from the analysis reference point to each of the plurality of analysis referring points, and the information of the boundary of the tissue in which the analysis referring points have been set are correlated as analysis referring point identification information. In the fourth step, a plurality of geometric information related to the tissue which is present in a vicinity of the corner is calculated based on the analysis referring point identification information and the positional relationship between the plurality of analysis referring points. In the fifth step, the calculated geometric information is displayed on a displaying means.
