Abstract:

To provide a method for easily analyzing S-guanylated structure formed in a biospecimen by an immunological method (immunostaining and ELISA method), by producing an antibody specifically recognizing 8-thioalkoxyguanosine-3',5'-cyclic monophosphoric acid (S-guanylated structure).

The antibody specifically recognizes 8-thioalkoxyguanosine-3',5'-cyclic-monophosphoric acid.
