Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved anti-CCL2 antibody and a use thereof, the antibody having high affinity, potency, tissue selectivity and/or epitope specificity, in particular, for treatment of scleroderma and related fibrotic and/or inflammatory diseases, disorders and conditions.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, in some embodiments, there are provided methods and compositions for treatment of scleroderma and related fibrotic and/or inflammatory diseases, disorders and conditions based on an anti-CCL2 antibody having an affinity of 10M or greater.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
