Abstract:
To provide novel anti-aging methods comprising compounding an ingredient that increases a protein having a reduced expression amount due to physiological aging and reduces a protein having an increased expression amount due to photoaging, among retinacula cutis component in cells.SOLUTION: Provided is an anti-aging method comprising: increasing the expression amount of at least one factor selected from cytoskeletal regulator Actin-related protein 3 homolog B (ACTR3B), LIM domain kinase-1 (LIMK1), and Surpervillin (SVIL); and reducing the expression amount of at least one factor selected from photoaging-related factor matrix metalloproteinase-3 (MMP3), and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP9), in cells.SELECTED DRAWING: None
