To hold anti-corrosion property of a joint part by a simple covering means at a working field, and carry out anti-corrosion covering of a buried pipe joint part having good abrasion resistance property which is not caused peeling-off and separation in a boundary part of joint part covering and pipe body covering.

A welding joint part 2 is formed by welding anti-corrosion covered steel pipes 1a, 1b. The pipes 1a, 1b are formed by carrying out anti- corrosion covering 3a, 3b by polyethylene resin excepting joint parts 2a, 2b on a pipe body outer peripheral part at a factory. Epoxy resin covering 7 is carried out on the joints 2a, 2b, and surfaces 3c, 3d of a pipe body anti-corrosion covered end part. The epoxy resin is filled in a mold, it is stuck and tightly fit to the welding joint part 2 and the pipe body covered end part so as to form a smooth outer surface which is eliminated a step part.
