CONSTITUTION: With a powder 1-11 uniformly scattered between plane glasses 1-3, 1-5, a liquid crystal cell, after being made into plane-shape by adhesively assembling the glasses 1-3, 1-5 with a spacer 1-8 used, is constructed into a prescribed curved shape in a condition of about 530W60°C. And then, with a liquid crystal 4-1 made pouring, and a polarizing plates 1-2, 1-6 made sticking as necessary, further put between glass plates 1-1, 1-7, a work of adhesion is performed. And when used the guest-host (G-H), the polarizing plate is not necessary. To between an electrode 1-9 and 1-10 of such constituted anti-dazzling device, is applied an electric field. In this way, a quantity of permeable light can be controlled by an electrolysis proportional to an intensity of electric field from the quantity of light detector in accordance with a dazzle.
