Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-dengue virus agent effective for a dengue virus infection, and a method for screening the agent.SOLUTION: The method for screening an anti-dengue virus agent according to an embodiment of the present invention includes screening an anti-dengue virus agent, using at least one compound selected from the group of maprotiline, Se- methyl seleno cysteine, quinacrine, and indatraline as a lead compound. The anti-dengue virus agent according to an embodiment of the present invention includes at least one compound selected from the group of maprotiline, Se- methyl seleno cysteine, quinacrine, and indatraline or a derivative thereof as an active component.SELECTED DRAWING: None
