This agent is usable for the prevention or progression inhibition of the following diseases: pulmonary fibrosis, cirrhosis, arteriosclerosis, scleroderma, coronary artery restenosis after percutanecus transluminal coronary vasodilative operation, interstitial myocarditis, interstitial bladder cystitis, glomerular nephritis, vasculitis, diabetic nephropathy, hypertensive nephrosclerosis, HIV nephropathy, IgA nephropathy, lupus naphropathy, interstitial nephritis, obstructed kidney due to ureteral obstruction, skin cicatrization after burn, and fibrosis associated with poisoning and the like.
