PURPOSE: An anti-fogging agent composition, applicable in a wide range of temperatures without generation of shafts of light, and excellent in retention of fog resistance and oil film effect, which comprises a specified fluorinated surfactant, nonfluorinated surfactant and polyacrylamide.

CONSTITUTION: About 0.01W1wt% of a polyfluoroalkyl group (preferably one having 4W20 carbon atoms)-containing water-soluble florinated surfactant (e.g., C8F17COONH4), about 0.01W10wt% of a water-soluble nonfluorinated surfactant (e.g., sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate), and about 0.01W10wt% of an anionic polyacrylamide (e.g., Polystron 117, manufactured by Arakawa Chemical Co.), are dispersed in a medium (e.g., water), to obtain an anti-fogging agent composition. As said (non)fluorinated surfactant, a cathionic one is unsuitable, so that an anionic, nonionic or amphoteric surfactant is used.
