To provide an anti-fogging agent solution which contains a hydrophilic inorganic colloid substance, can be coated on an agricultural film using an ethylenic resin film as a substrate and then dried to form an anti-fogging layer having improved adhesiveness to the ethylenic resin film substrate without deteriorating the appearance of the film, and can give the agricultural ethylenic resin film having excellent anti-fogging property, its durability and film appearance, and to provide the agricultural ethylenic resin film having excellent anti-fogging property, its durability and film appearance.
This anti-fogging agent solution is characterized by containing a hydrophilic inorganic colloid substance (B-1) and the unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative-modified product (B-4) of an olefinic polymer having a stereo block structure containing isotactic block in an amount of 2 to 50 pts. wt. per 100 pts. wt. of the solid content of the hydrophilic inorganic colloid substance (B-1). The agricultural ethylenic resin film is characterized by having an anti-fogging layer (B) formed by coating the anti-fogging agent solution on the surface of the agricultural film substrate (A) comprising the ethylenic resin film and then drying the coated solution.
