To provide an anti-inflammatory having excellent anti-inflammation and high safety, an anti-aging agent having excellent anti-aging and high safety, an antiobesic agent having excellent antiobesic action and high safety, a hair restorer having excellent hair restoration and high safety, and a cosmetic and a food and drink product for beautification which utilize at least one of the anti-inflammatory, anti-aging agent, antiobesic agent, and hair restorer.

The anti-inflammatory, anti-aging agent, antiobesic agent, and hair restorer contain an extract of the flower of Panaxginseng, and the cosmetic and the food and drink product for beautification contain at least any one of the anti-inflammatory, anti-aging agent, antiobesic agent, and hair restorer.
