PURPOSE: The titled composition, obtained by incorporating at least one selected from Indomethacin "Diclofenac" and salts thereof with a microtinic acid ester, absorbable well from the integument, and capable of exhibiting synergistic analygesic and anti-inflammatory action.
CONSTITUTION: An anti-inflammatory and analgesic pharmaceutical composition obtained by incorporating at least one of Indomethacin, "Diclofemac" and salts thereof which are nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and analygesic agents with a nicotinic acid ester. The amount of the nicotinic acid ester to be incorporated is preferably 10W200pts.wt. based on 100pts.wt. Indomethanin or "Diclofemac". The pH of the titled composition is preferably 4.5W6.5 from the viewpoint of stability of the "Indomethicin" and "Diclofemac". The micotinic acid ester provides the synergistic effect on analgesic and anti-inflammatory action and further promotion effect on absorption.
