To provide an anti-reflection film which can prevent reflection of external light, will not cause white blurs, image blurs and glare phenomenon and of which rainbow unevenness is improved in order to improve visibility of a display such as a liquid crystal display device.
The anti-reflection film 10 comprises a support 1 consisting of a transparent resin, a mixed region 4 in which the transparent resin of the support 1 and an ionizing-radiation curable resin of a hard coat layer 2A are mixed, the hard coat layer 2A consisting of the ionizing-radiation curable resin and a low refractive index layer 3 ,which is disposed as an outermost layer and contains hollow silica particulate having an average particle diameter of 5 to 200nm and a refractive index of 1.17 to 1.40, in this order. Further the anti-reflection film 10 has a surface roughness Ra (center line average roughness) of 0.10μm or less.
