Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device capable of determining quickly and correctly, whether or not it is in a state in which a vehicle requires control intervention to slip by a vehicle control device and improving safety property.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device comprises: vehicle motion estimation means 13 for estimating a motion state of a vehicle or wheels on the basis of at least any of a position of the vehicle or wheels, speed and acceleration; slip estimation means 14 for estimating a slip state of the vehicle to a road surface on the basis of the estimation result; and slip suppression control means 15 for giving an instruction to a vehicle drive device 1 according to the estimated slip state. The slip estimation means 14 has a delay compensation device for performing a delay compensation, and outputs plural different estimation results for the delay compensation. The slip suppression control means 15 applies an instruction for correcting the slip state by a result of a prescribed determination including a comparison of the plural estimation results.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
