To provide an anti-theft toilet roll holder which prevents thefts of toilet rolls for a refill in a restroom in a home improvement retailer or a super market and is utilized in a public restroom since it is difficult to take out the toilet rolls from the top and the bottom once the toilet rolls having a sufficient amount to be used approximately in one day are refilled in the toilet tissue holder.

Rectangular plastic article (2) is attached downward on the cylindrical upper part of the inner side of a main body (1). Rectangular hole (3) which is larger than a core of the toilet roll is opened in the lower part of the main body. A protrusion (4) for preventing the toilet tissues used next from falling is attached on the inner side of the upper part of the hole. The bottom is hermetically sealed and has a columnar article for preventing the toilet rolls from shifting sideways in the center.
