To stably exhibit an excellent anticoagulant property by enabling mucopolysaccharide and the like to form an ionic complex with at least either one of fourth class phosphonium having a polymerizing carbon-carbon unsaturated bond in a molecule or a compound having a phosphoryl choline residual group in a molecule.
Subject composition and material contain at least a single kind of mucopolysaccharide and the like and a copolymer using at least fourth phosphonium (A) having a polymerizing carbon-carbon unsaturated bond in a molecule and a compound (B) having a phosphoryl choline residual group expressed by a chemical formula in a molecule as a polymerizing component. The mucopolysaccharide exists by forming an ion complex with at least either one of (A) or (B). In the chemical formula, (A) shows a substititional group having the carbon number of 2 to 50 which has at least one of a polymerizing carbon-carbon unsaturated bond and can form a stable bond with a phophoryl choline residual group.
