To provide an anti-vibration gasket capable of quick and easy installing to the objective material without any fastening tool.

A base plate of an anti-vibration gasket is provided with not less than one penetrating hole of 11a to 11d. On one surface of the base plate, elastic hose 21 to 24 are coaxially bonded around the penetrating holes, and a vent 25 connects to the penetrating hole. On the outer surface of the end of the elastic hose, annular recesses for installation 21c to 24c are coaxially put in. On the other surface of the base plate, annular elastic seal 19 is put in around the penetrating hole. On the annular recess, a band clip 26 is wound. At the elastic seals, the base plate closely connects to flanges of the objective materials 31. The elastic hose are removably fitted into the outside of the objective cylindrical materials 35 and fasten with clips.
