Abstract:
To obtain an oral antiallergic agent which is applied to a drug delivery system and shows high effect at a small amount of it.
By enclosing Lactobacilli having antiallergic effect with enteric capsules, the inhibitory effect on the allergy such as anaphylactic reaction is obtained by a small amount of it. As the Lactobacilli, one or more than two kinds of Lactobacilli belonging to the genera Enterococcus, Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Streptococcus, Leuconostoc, Pediococcus or Lactococcus and their subgenera are illustrated.
