PURPOSE: To obtain excellent antiallergic and antiphlogistic agents containing at least one selected from flavin adenine dinucleotide, flavin mononucleotide and riboflavin as an essential ingredient.
CONSTITUTION: At least one ingredient selected from flavin adenine dinucleotide, flavin mononucleotide and riboflavin contained as an essential ingredient is mixed with conventional and many kinds of carriers or auxiliary agents and formulated by a conventional method to provide the aimed product. Capsule, granule, powdery, tablet, troche agent, pills, ointment agent, syrup agent, injec tion agent, suppository, aerosol agent, inhalant, etc., can be prepared therefrom. The flavin adenine dinucleotide is administered in dose of 0.15W120mg per day when 0.1W10.0wt.% solution thereof is used as eye drop agent and in dose of 1.0W300mg/kg/day when orally and intrarectally administered.
