Abstract:
PURPOSE: To avoid attack by microorganism and to ensure high hygiene standard by using coating material and an antibacterial agent mixed together to be dissolved to obtain a single layer. CONSTITUTION: This material is composed of a coating material and an antibacterial agent. This is produced by choosing general coating material composed of synthetic resin like acrylic resin and mixing antibacterial products to thin antibacterial products in the coating material to obtain a single layer. As a result, the coating finally applied on the outer face of the instrument ensures permanent antibacterial effect, and this prevents the growth of microorganism scattered and attached to the surface and eliminate the possibility of microbiological degradation on film.
