Abstract:
To provide an antibody to human interleukin 1β (IL-1β) and use of the antibody for the treatment of an IL-1 mediated disease or disorder.
An IL-1β binding molecule, in particular an antibody to human IL-1β, especially a human antibody to human IL-1β is provided, wherein the CDRs of the heavy and light chains have amino acid sequences as defined in the specification, for use in the treatment of an IL-1-mediated disease or disorder, e.g. osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and other inflammatory arthritises.
