Abstract:
To provide molecules that can regulate the activity of the osteoprotegerin ligand (OPGL) in osteoclastogenesis.SOLUTION: Antibodies that interact with the OPGL are disclosed. Methods of treating osteopenic disorders by administering a pharmaceutically effective amount of antibodies to the OPGL are also disclosed. Methods of detecting the amount of the OPGL in a sample using antibodies to the OPGL are further disclosed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
