To provide an anti-RS virus antibody having high sensitivity and a test reagent using this antibody.SOLUTION: There are provided: an anti-RS virus N protein monoclonal antibody, the monoclonal antibody containing a heavy chain variable region comprising a specific amino acid sequence and a light chain variable region comprising a specific amino acid sequence, or an antigen-binding fragment thereof; a reagent for RS virus detection containing a monoclonal antibody or an antigen-binding fragment; and a method for detecting RS virus by an immunological detection method using a monoclonal antibody or an antigen-binding fragment.SELECTED DRAWING: None
