To provide a substance for detecting human thrombopoietin with high sensitivity.SOLUTION: It has been discovered that an antibody showing a reactivity with a region comprising an amino acid sequence at 82-84 positions of human thrombopoietin and a region comprising an amino acid sequence at 127-131 positions of the human thrombopoietin can detect the human thrombopoietin with high sensitivity.SELECTED DRAWING: None
