To provide a polymer composition having a hard coat property and an anticorrosive function.
The polymer composition contains a polymer substance and (c) at least one compound chosen from the group consisting of an imidazole-based nitrogen heterocyclic compound, a triazole-based nitrogen heterocyclic compound, a tetrazole-based nitrogen heterocyclic compound, a pyrazole-based nitrogen heterocyclic compound and salts thereof. The polymer substance contains a reaction product obtained by reacting (a) a silane compound which contains an amino group and is represented by the formula: R4-n-Si-(OR')n (wherein R is an organic group containing an amino group; R' is a methyl group, an ethyl group or a propyl group; and n is an integer chosen from 1-3); and (b) at least one boron compound chosen from the group consisting of H3BO3 and B2O3 in a mole ratio of component (b) to component (a) of 0.02.
