To provide an antidazzle mirror which can be manufactured in easy manufacturing processes at a low cost.
The antidazzle mirror 10 has a pair of substrates 12, 14 disposed facing each other and at least one of which has light-transmitting property, a temperature-sensitive hydrogel which is held between the two substrates 12, 14 and reversibly changes its state from a transparent state at low temperature to an whitened state at high temperature, a light reflecting means 18 to reflect the incident light from at least the light-transmitting substrate 12 of the two substrates 12, 14 and passing through the layer 16, and a heating means 20 which can heat until the hydrogel changes into the whitened state. The antidazzle mirror 10 can switch between the non-antidazzle mode and the antidazzle mode by using the reversible changes of the hydrogel between the transparent state and the whitened state depending on the temperature.
