To provide an antifog coating composition which suppresses blushing even when humidity is high in the case of applying and drying the coating material, which can be cured by heating at a low temperature in a short time and which gives a coating film having excellent adhesiveness to a substrate and heat resistance and antifog property.
The antifog coating composition contains a copolymer (A) prepared from a monomer mixture containing the following monomer (A1), monomer (A2) and monomer (A3), a basic compound (B) such as amines and a surfactant (C) such as an anionic surfactant. The monomers are (A1) a vinyl monomer having a N-methylol group or N-alkoxymethylol group; (A2) a vinyl monomer having a sulfonic acid group; and (A3) an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer.
