PURPOSE: To obtain the subject paint having excellent adhesivity to glass and plastics and prolonged antifogging life by mixing a compound having isocyanate group with an alkyl alcohol compound substituted with fluorine atom at a specific mixing ratio and subjecting the mixture to urethanization reaction.

CONSTITUTION: The objective paint is produced by mixing (A) a compound having ≥3 isocyanate groups in one molecule (e.g. cyclic trimer of hexamethylene diisocyanate) with (B) an F-substituted alkyl alcohol compound expressed by the formula Rf-OH [Rf is 1-10C fluoroalkyl; the number of F atoms is ≥n for n×C atoms ((n) is 1-10)] at an NCO/OH ratio of 3/(0.5-1.5) in an organic solvent free from active hydrogen reactive with isocyanate group and subjecting the mixture to urethanization reaction. The sum of the components A and B is preferably 5-60 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the organic solvent.
