PURPOSE: To provide an antifoulding agricultural covering material which does not suffer surface staining nor accumulation of blackish stain even when used over a long period of time, by covering the surface of a synthetic resin film with a specified fluorine compd.

CONSTITUTION: A fluorine compd. of formula I [wherein X is F, a 1W6C perfluoroalkoxy; m is 2W20; Y is (cyclo)alkylene, alkyleneoxy; Z is 0 (p=1), N (p=2); R, R' are each H, a 1W14C hydrocarbon group, aryl, aralkyl, hydroxyalkyl; B is a group of formula II, III (wherein R" is H, methyl), IV or V (wherein Q is halogen, hydroxyl group, nitrile); t is 0, 1; r+q+t=4] such as a compd. of formula VI is used. A coating (0.2g/m2) composed of said fluorine compd. is provided on the surface of a synthetic resin film such as biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate film to obtain an agricultural covering material.
