To solve such a problem of the conventional techniques that since most silicone components are fixed to an organic polymer constituting a coating material, they are hardly shifted to the surface of a coating film and the antifouling property of the coating film is not satisfied and when silicone oil is used for increasing the antifouling property, the antifouling property is deteriorated by wiping off the silicone oil.
Another isolated silicone component having high affinity for the fixed silicone component contained in the coating material is dissolved together in the coating material to form an antifouling layer, which has high antifouling property, is dense and has high durability, on the surface of the antifouling coating film. The fixed silicone component keeps the antifouling property and the isolated silicone component exhibits high antifouling property. Since the silicone oil having high affinity for the fixed silicone component restrains the silicone component shifted to the surface from being wiped off, the antifouling property can be kept high and the antifouling coating film being high in antifouling property and wear resistance can be realized.
