Abstract:
To provide an antifouling film capable of imparting stabilized antifouling property.SOLUTION: The antifouling film has an antifouling layer on a base material in which the antifouling layer includes (a) a binder component, (b) an antifouling agent having a perfluoropolyether group, and (c) a compound having a phosphoric acid ester group. The antifouling film has a first region and a second region in the plane direction in which it is preferable that the surface shape of the first region is different from the surface shape of the second region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
